I have been using the Viwoods AI Paper Mini for a short time now, and overall, I am very satisfied with it. Above all, it is a very pleasant device to read on. The built-in front light makes a significant difference in darker environments, while the high refresh rate makes scrolling feel considerably smoother than on many other e-ink devices. I only miss that the backlight could also be I warm light, for night time users.
One of its greatest advantages is how lightweight it is. It is easy to hold during longer reading sessions and convenient to carry around wherever you go.
I also appreciate that it comes with the Google Play Store, allowing you to install third-party apps. This makes it easy to synchronize files between your computer and the tablet using whichever services you prefer, rather than being locked into the manufacturer’s ecosystem. In addition, you do not need to create an account on the device itself.
The AI features are available, but I personally have not used them very much. Therefore, I cannot say much about how well they actually work.
It is also convenient that the stylus attaches securely to the device using strong magnets, keeping it safely in place when it is not being used.
However, there are a few drawbacks. In my opinion, battery life is not one of the device’s strongest points, although it has not been a problem for the way I use it. Another limitation is that the screen does not support automatic or officially supported screen rotation. It is possible to force screen rotation using third-party apps, but this does not always work reliably and can be frustrating.
I would also have liked the option to connect the device to my own AI account instead of my history being limited to this device. This may be a disadvantage for people who use AI services regularly across devices.
Finally, I miss the ability to adjust the font size in text mode when editing in Paper app.
La escritura es agradable, con un resultado muy similar a la experiencia en papel. Fácil de uso, sin distracciones innecesarias. Todavía no he probado las opciones de IA.

Non ho ancora scoperto bene tutte le funzioni che sono moltissime e ottimamente integrate nel sistema operativo. Ottima la connessione e integrazione con android.
Favolosa la scrittura con la penna, senza impuntamenti, veloce e con la gomma per cancellare. Eventualmente, possibile collegare tastiera bluetooth.
Ho trovato la soluzione definitiva per prendere appunti, disegnare, organizzare impegni e gestire sia la parte lavorativa che personale con il lettore di libri elettronici!
