Device is what I expected, I already feel more organized. Some tips and tricks you need to learn to use it effectively, but nothing too complicated. Customer service was excellent! I ordered mine just before a sale and they promptly refunded me the difference when I asked for it.
I really like this pen. The feeling is much closer to writing with ballpoint pen and with much smaller/thinner tip it's also much more precise. I would recommend it to anyone who writes a lot as the feeling is great and also there is no need to buy new tips as the ceramic tip should last you a long time. I would only want for some kind of a
cap as I am afraid if it fell it might damage the tip.
I purchased a refurbished AI PAPER with a W1 pen and it was practically brand new: only one of the nibs was slightly worn. I’m still testing the device, but my first impression has been very good.
I’m just a bit disappointed with the delivery times, but I have to admit the shipment was arranged during the Christmas period.
It’s beyond my expectations.
