As a long-time Kobo user, I'd long wanted an e-reader that could also access books on Kindle and magazines, while offering a larger screen and remaining easily portable.
Few devices tick all these boxes, but the Paper Mini does.
After more than a week of use, it's a pleasant device with an excellent screen.
The stylus is responsive, although I haven't used it much yet.
The ability to add apps from the Google Play Store is a real treat.
Surprisingly, the battery life is decent, but just barely. There's probably room for improvement in the software, because with such a low-power screen, the device should be more autonomous, especially in airplane mode.
There are many features, and I still need to learn about the Viwoods apps (Paper, Daily, etc.) because I don't yet fully understand what I can do with them, but that will come.
In conclusion, am I satisfied?
Yes, absolutely, because this device is simply excellent! I just hope I didn't buy it too late and that I can still benefit from future improvement updates!
The device itself is great. The size, the weight, the feel when writing — all very good.
The human interaction with the device, however, is not very intuitive. It’s quite hard to figure out how to do simple things (converting handwriting to text, copying a snippet from one note into another, commenting on a PDF in a separate note instead of on top of it, the icons without labels, etc.). Once that part improves, it will be a great and highly recommendable device.

I absolutely love my new Ai Reader. There are some room for improvements, but overall i'm very pleased with it.
I reveived the tablet packed nicely.
The tablet is in perfect shape, not a single sign of use to be found.
It came with the pro pen w2 and all replacement tips.
I am very happy with this, apart from the box being opened this is a new tablet.
It does exactly what I expected from it and I’ve been using it daily… increasing productivity.
The next refurbished run i will buy a new one for my girlfriend.
10/10 would (will) buy again !!
I have bought it as a portable e-reader for audiobooks in addition to another device, but Viwoods has become my primary e-reader ever since! Love the form, size, additional apps for library and other books! I don’t personally need AI and extra light, but everything else (including the use of dictionaries I found on google play) is beyond expectations!
Use it daily and started to read even more, which wasn’t possible :)
