After small hick up after initial firmware update all works well. Good customer service who helped well. After couple note taking pen gets smoother which improves working experience
The device is of astonishing buildquality and materials. It really feels premium and looks fantastic. Compared to a previous e-ink reader I owned, I am most pleasantly surprised by how it handles refreshing and scrolling. The speed settings a very useful for changing between best quality image when reading books and fast refresh when browsing and scrolling. I didn't discover any downsides as of now.
Quite slim and nicely built but no magnets to hold it closed. So a bit wobbly and sometimes the device turns itself on, when the cover slides a bit backwards. Also there is kind of a sharp edge at the bottom because the Cover goes all around the bumper
